As stated before, most world governments that belong to the United Nations and government "space" agencies, including Russia, Roscosmos, USA, NASA, and Space X work with malevolent beings against mankind to push forth their NEW WORLD ORDER agenda. Here we see a Russian Proton-M Rocket being disabled at 2 minutes and 18 seconds after take-off when the rocket is about 100 miles away from the launch pad. This Orb craft which is zipping past the rocket from right to left simply uses a Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) to bring it down. Inter-dimensional Orbs are non-human technology and this one happens to be from the benevolent beings that are fighting against most world governments that are pushing forth their NEW WORLD ORDER agenda of mass genocide with complete enslavement of any remaining humans.
