Keto Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are easy to make and one of my new favorite Keto Christmas cookies! We swapped out my wife's old family recipe with Keto ingredients and used Keto chocolate chips instead of Hershey Kisses.

Recipe:
Keto Peanut Butter Blossoms
Cream:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sweetener (or half and half)
Add:
1 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add:
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Sald
1 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
Roll into balls, roll in sweetener (we used Monkfruit)
Bake 10 minutes, add chocolate chips on top, bake for 1 more minute.
