A new poll from Quinnipiac University places President Barack Obama lower than George W. Bush in a ranking of worst presidents since World War II. Obama was called the worst by 33 percent of respondents, the least favorable ranking of all presidents, while Bush Jr. came in at 28 percent. RT's Manila Chan has more details on the rankings.
President Barack Obama made many promises while campaigning for office in 2008 and 2012, but very seem to actually be top priorities for the commander in chief. From closing the Guantanamo Bay detention facility to increasing government transparency, a wide range of issues the president promised to address have been ignored, with some even having grown worse during the president’s time in the White House. When the Islamic state released the video of James Foley being beheaded, President Obama was on vacation in Martha's Vineyard. He delivered a press conference from there on the beheading, saying what an outrage the beheading was to the whole world. Minutes after, he was golfing - and the media captured it. The event made it look like Obama didn't really care about the beheading, and the media took the story and ran with it.
