Nearly $40 a bucket for chitlins!

I was in the grocery store today and I saw the infrequent sale of chitlins! These things were nearly 40 bucks a bucket which is really sky high considering just a few years ago they were only five to $8 a bucket for 10 lbs! This is just sickening!
