Running away everywhere because of its ugly appearance, the poor poodle needs help. People chase this dog away just because of its ugly and dirty appearance. He has a necklace, and has been wandering here for a long time! This proves that he once had an owner. I don’t want to imagine what his life has been like, how much suffering he’s endured.
