I spent the afternoon handing out how-to-vote cards for a minor party at a local pre-polling booth in Malaga, Perth northern suburbs. Lo and behold, the Member for Cowan, Dr Anne Ali, was there to speak to electors, of which, apparently, I am not one. The question I would have asked if she hadn’t ignored me, and allowed her husband and another supporter to get between me and her, was what would she do concerning the federal 90- or 99-year suppression order on 28 high level paedophiles, if she holds Cowan?
