Something that I can tell you about by-law officers in the city of Mississauga is that they are all cowards. Children have contacted me in the city of Mississauga because they were threatened by by-law officers when they were trying to enjoy a day of skating on the osprey marsh. How dare any adult threaten a child? A man looking for by-law officers today so that I can question them on their illegal practice of criminal harassment and intimidation of children.
