An investigation into phone records reveals the "alleged shooter" had the SAME PHONE NUMBER as relatives of the "victims"? Wasn’t he supposed to be a random stranger? With ’no motive’? Nothing in EVER random. It is always FOR A PURPOSE. Phone records don't lie but governments do.
