John Fetterman has displayed in capacity to understand, or to represent his state of Pennsylvania as a US senator. The question is whether American voters continue to disavow merit and competence, which Fetterman clearly has neither, after suffering a debilitating stroke, and continue to vote for politicians like Joe Biden who are literally braindead, or vote for literally a sentient, thinking being.Don't vote for the corpse.
