I show you how I baked a Curd-Cream Cake. BTW, I noticed that I didn't show you how I added the gelatin :) You dissolve the gelatin powder in some water, then heat it carefully in a pot to make a liquid out of it. Then you add the liquid gelatin to the cream mixture.
