Vaccine Breakthrough, or is it Enhancement?

I discuss the possibility that the recent surge in vaccinated patients becoming ill, some of them seriously so, as a result of infection with the delta variant may not be "vaccine breakthrough" (i.e., failure of the vaccine) but, rather, vaccine enhancement - a known and ominous consequence of SARS/MERS vaccines.
