~electro-magnetic warfare - think stupid meter, think stupid phone, think cell towers, think weather radar domes, wifi, bluetooth (you would be healthier and safer going wired everything, no cell phone, no wifi router, no bluetooth devices, and do not hang out with them who do, or work in a place that does. And, although it is a challenge, it would be better to have the stupid meter removed from your home and go back to analog, or have it removed completely for good and install off grid solar with a battery bank, and a backup generator that runs on multiple fuel types.) 

~bio-warfare - disguised as vxx's (no shots ever! for any reason! which also means you can never have your children born in the hospital! (look into water birthing), which also means you can never have any blood transfusion! (so be careful!) All the blood supply is polluted! unclean! judy mikovitz has been saying this for years now. And, what does God say? HE says, "the life is in the blood, you shall not eat the blood, but you shall pour out the blood upon the ground.". But what does man do? he takes blood from someone else, and puts that inside a different person; no, no! If its your time to go, it's your time to go. Do not be polluted with HIV-bioweaponized blood! and break God's commandments at the same time! This is also why those who hate God! think jewish people who only pretend to be the people of God so they can beguile you in every way! who pretend to be the Israel of God, and ARE NOT! all must come through christ to the Father! They masquerade! and they do so with evil intentions! to rule over, and to subjugate you as their slaves! and you deserve it too! because you also do not fear God! will not come out and be separate! and you also hate God's law! so, you are deserving! But, you don't have to be you........you can choose to hate yourself, deny yourself, come out from among them, and become the firstfruits born out from among the many peoples of the earth! unto the Father! the Israel of Yahuah! spiritually! for the Father is a spirit! and now is the time that we shall worship Him in spirit and in truth! which means we will keep His laws! and statures! which is the new covenant! God writing them into our heart! by His spirit coming to us! which was made possible by the death and resurrection of His first begotten son, the christ Yahusha (the anointed one of the Father for that task, whose name is not the sun-christ, but Yahuah's + salvation = Yahusha!) Read about what God says the new covenant actually is in Yeremiah 31:31-33. And hear God's call to come out in revelation 18. And understand that we are supposed to separate unto Him! II corinthians 6 near the end.

~toxins - she also discusses toxins, and are need to remove them. Short of it = sweating! breathing! Things you can take = activated charcoal (the ingredient in your gas masks that trap everything after the air filter). Why? because it absorbs the toxins within, and then you can expel them; it works. 1/4 tsp in a glass of water, tastes like the fireplace; yum! :)  What else? EDTA. What is that? it's what the hospitals use for heavy metal overdose. Same serving size 1/4 tsp in some water. Replenish with the good metals after a few days...like zinc and magnesium. But, this will remove the majority of the coal ash they are dumping on your head everyday by chemtrailing and destroying the earth! 

Go for a jog, a jog lets you breath deeply! and breathing deeply oxygenates your blood! which is really really good for you! which is the opposite of what 5G does! by attacking our bodies ability to breathe! You will sweat! you will remove toxins! you will breathe deep! you will feel better about yourself! and you might lose weight too! which is  also good! because toxins store in your fat.......less fat......less storage capacity! The less you eat their toxic genetically modified "all natural" products, the less problems you will have. You don't have a glutton intolerance, you have a glyosphate poison intolerance! your body does not like weird frank-in-food! and it likes it even less when some stupid farmer being incentivized by making more mammon sprays death on it just before you eat it! None GMO! no pesticides! no herbicides! Grow your own food! and do it while also learning about and keeping God's commandments about the land, and you will not only have health! but the favor of God for actually doing, for actually keeping! what HE says! that no one does! It's amazing we have that book, and no one does what HE says, and everyone likes to think well of themselves and call themselves His people. You are His people if you do what HE says, if not, you are deluded and need to repent of the way that seems right to a man but only leads to death! God has disannuled your covenant that you have made with death! and through His son, welcomes you to come out and enjoy life with Him! His commandments are life! His law is freedom!
