Im providing you vital information, its important that you do your own research and make choices tailored to you. dont just drop your lifestyle cold turkey, that can actually cause injury, you have to slowly transition, start adding small amounts of fruits and vegetables to your diet, and slowly increase the amounts. Eventually, its all your body is going to crave. but do your own research, find an expert to transition you to being healthy and to slowly ween you safely off the perscriptions. Dont do it yourself, find a nutritionist, or chiropractor, or anyone qualified to transition you out of allopathy, because the drugs are designed to make you dependent, lower your life expectancy, increase disease, and you can put your body into shock, and possibly cause injury without doing it in a safe matter, thats how well thought out and sinister the pharmaceudical companies are. If a person is addicted to opiates and quits cold turkey, it could kill that person. So if your dependant on the pharma system your going to need an expert to get you off them, just as you need an experts to put you on them. And then once youve transitioned, you become your own doctor for your body, you become more qualified than any doctor.

Because you know that your going to need your health to survive, and you are investing your time now by learning about your body and health. Its a gauntlet out their. The food, the water, the air. We are being attacked by every angle, even the people who claim they are medical are selling poison. We have to find solutions around them.
