Your human rights exist not because the government says so and not because they created them. Your human rights existed long before the USA or Canada ever became a Country. Standing under all your rights including your human rights is termed or designated FULL LEGAL CAPACITY. The government must respect and acknowledge your human rights when you invoke and stand under them.
