Feeling helpless and helpless, the poor little dog wanders the streets every day. When the rescue team arrived, the dog was sitting right in the middle of the road! This is dangerous for him if any car accidentally turns in. His condition looks pretty bad! But can you imagine what his old fur used to be like?
