In society, some people are selected at birth to become MIND CONTROLLED SUPER SOLDIERS, and trained in such a manner that they become inhuman, ORDER FOLLOWING, killing machines. One of the most successful and experienced of these soldiers (TODD 3465) is pitted against a new breed of DNA ENHANCED SUPER SOLDIERS, and after the confrontation is believed to be dead. His body is left behind in a semi-abandoned, colonial waste disposal planet, where everything is peaceful, and he is taught about the other aspects of life.
