Filmed @ 1:30 PM PST on 5-21-2023 above my backyard garden (Northern California). My guess is that it was about 10,000 - 15,000 feet up. It looked like a spec in the sky to the naked eye. I've never seen anything like it before. Hoping someone in the comments can help shed some light on what it might be. Here's the original video without any post editing:
