Don’t be afraid to pray, and commune with God, silently. Nehemiah 2 gives a fine example of this. If you are a Christian (genuinely, not just by claim), the Holy Spirit of God resides within you and knows EVERY TINIEST DETAIL of you, and communicates with God the Father and Christ. They know EVERY NEED of your soul. So pray.
