Zero participation in S/N or transport/ rescue partner programs. NOTHING but murder and this is only ONE of the massive kill shelters in Texas making it the highest kill state in the nation. What is so great about the residents of this state that NOONE will speak up ? ? Director Damianoff is cozy with City  council who along with mayor look the other way while his salary goes up along with the kill rates every year.
