No one understood why the blind dog kept barking toward the tunnel until they got inside

The blind dog kept pointing towards the front tunnel door and barking as if calling someone. He was found thrown out of a car in front of a tunnel. The dog has two blind eyes and appears very rebellious due to panic. He has a very strange behavior of constantly heading towards the tunnel and barking!
