.... tell your doctor and all of the accredited medical associations, the medical schools, the FDA, the CDC, the WHO, the various heart associations, and every group or agency that's a part of the corrupt main stream medical industrial complex, tell them all to, "go fuck themselves".  Just do so in a polite, civil, manner, and then immediately follow that up with, "and go fuck your mother too".  This simply signifies that we know who they are, and we saw what they did, and we hold them accountable, and their days are numbered.  This let's them know, in practical terms, that it's over, and that all the rest is, merely academic. 

Now, if you're not comfortable telling these people to go fuck themselves and their mothers, of course you can substitute other words however you see fit.... such as, go fuck your sister, go fuck your father, go fuck your first cousin, etc etc.  Be creative, as you wish.

Now, if you feel that such language is too vile or vulgar, simply add the word "indeed", immediately following said vulgarity or vileness.  Example: "Go fuck your mother".  "Indeed".  And just like that, you've turned something normally reserved for low life, low class, low IQ, folks, into a sophisticated, bold, upscale, colorful expletive, type of event.  And if you want to fully solidify this high road, high brow, impression, just add one additional sentence, along the lines of... "I must go now, my tea and crumpets are calling me"... then sign off with a "tootles", or "bah-bye", or a, "cheeri'o, good chaps"... or my favorite, "good evening".  This type of sign off or final word, just can't help but scream, "suave and debonair".... which are two things by the way, that just happen to be my specialties, even if I do say so myself.  Indeed.  I'm a natural, as they say... and I do concur.  Fuckin'a.
