Jeffrey was walking towards the Walmart in St. Petersburg,FL, when Stewart attacked him. He put Jeffrey in a choke hold, then threw him to the ground and punched him, before grabbing his walker and beating him with it. He then stole the $700 Jeffrey had on him, along with his walker
