Copper Horse Farm is attempting to grow healthy and nutritious grains for health conscious people and adventurous cooks and bakers.  We farm without chemicals and practice regenerative techniques, focusing on soil health.  We went back in time to find ancient grain seed from seed savers around the world and then worked to find ways to grow and breed these crops in the climate here in Pennsylvania.  We work extensively with the Amish community in Lancaster County and live a simple lifestyle where we grow and process most of our food right here on our farm.  We have been developing our grains for over a decade and are now just starting to get our retail operating going.  We started small and are growing fast.  I try to share what I am doing and what I am learning through this channel.  I will be adjusting the video topics based on viewer feedback.
