What gets me about these Covid-19 conspiracy theorists is just how much they actually believe what they say.
Now, anyone who knows me, knows that I love a good conspiracy. You’ve got the classics haven’t you?
JFK, MK Ultra, Building 7 and Frazzle-drip to name but a few.
But here’s the thing – you can normally tell which ones are probably true – JFK and MK Ultra, the ones that are complete horse shit – Frazzle-drip, and the ones that are definitely a maybe, as in Building 7. These last types of conspiracy however, are tricky as while there will be elements of truth to them, there will always be an underlying explanation as to why or how something happened, which will sadly go the wayside simply because 1 or 2 facts of the conspiracy turn out to be true.
And lord knows how difficult it is to change a conspiracy theorist’s mind.
Like a tick in a dog’s neck, conspiracies have a way of burying their way into a person’s mind, and if the person is susceptible enough, it’ll stay there forever, infecting their thoughts with absolute nonsense.
