In this study we look in Nehemiah, when the wall had been finished, the people restored to their promised land, the temple rebuilt, worship intact, and they are gathered together in Jerusalem, united as one, and they are worshipping and praising Him. This is a powerful picture for us today, as Yahweh is restoring us also, into His promises, to worship HIM, rejoice in HIM, to dwell in HIM, to KNOW HIM, and HIS Salvation! The past is just that - we don't dwell where we were, or where we’ve been brought from, but we set our gaze upon the rock of our salvation, for the JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH. Fear cannot stand - for in his presence is fullness of joy. All the things that come our way, sufferings, trials, tests, fires, serve to grow, mature, and prepare us. We can walk in GOD-FIDENCE, for he has sanctified us, and redeemed us, AMEN!
