A further discussion of Ishtar and Nimrod and their un-holy-days Ishtar Sunday and Christmas. Ishtar is a fertility festival. Babies conceived during this time would then be burned on the lap of Baal/Marduk.

Keeping Sabbath is very simple. Prepare by doing your chores the day before and planning easy meals. Use paper plates or put the dishes aside until later. Read the scriptures with your family. There are many videos on YouTube that do the traditional Torah portions, but that is optional. Pray with your family and spend the day together. Short travel to a service is okay. You can do hobbies together, share a movie, play together. The point is to spend time with Abba Father and your family enjoying the blessings in your life.

Keeping Sabbath is not about the elaborate services put on in Jewish synagogues. While these practices are not necessarily wrong, they are not found in Torah. Worshipping YHVH is not about rituals. He asks us to read His Word, so we can know Him and obey Him, and to rest with our family. It's the sign of His seal upon His free people.

Sunday church is not Sabbath. Nowhere in scripture does Jesus or Father move worship to Sunday. The Catholic Church claims anyone keeping it's holidays and Sunday worship is under it's authority.
