This is #1 of 2 compilations of patriots speaking during the afternoon Public Comments session for the Orange County Board of Supervisors. These speakers were denied the chance to speak on the #S5F supplemental item that was snuck in at the last minute, and then tabled for further discussion by the Board at 10:45AM WHILE THE SPEAKERS WERE STANDING IN THE BOARDROOM WAITING TO SPEAK!

Most of these patriots had arrived before 8:30AM to get their names on the roster to speak. The Board plans to address this item again on July 27th.
