We were at Supreme Court Gardens, central Perth, and after our tiny band of marchers had done the central city circuit including Hay Street Mall, we returned to the gardens, and simply socialised, without any talks. It’s one second to midnight, and Western Australians are largely asleep to the next likely round of human rights abrogations around the corner.
