The all seeing eye(with two iris/pupils means something is coming through, a double spirit, then they put the portal, the gateway, the doorway right on their cover). An Aenema is the lower chakra, where the serpent enters the body and goes up the spine to your pineal gland, your third eye, just so happens they have a song called third eye) the eye that sits atop the pyramid or temple your body.

If you think this is coincidence, then I can tell you it's not. This song is about demon possession, the same kind of witchcraft the egyptian pharoahs were practicing, carried over from Babylon.
