She held the tarpaulin in despair, tearfully watching half of her puppies gone

The thin tarpaulin couldn't protect this small family from the big storm! An emergency situation was discovered in Neishabur! The mother dog lay helplessly watching her pups soak in the cold rain! They had no shelter from the rain and could only lie under this flimsy tarpaulin! Somehow, the tarpaulin provided shelter for the whole family in the heavy rain! But unfortunately, it wasn't enough to keep them safe! Half of the newborn puppies passed away! And there was no chance for them to be revived! The mother dog was too exhausted and depleted! Their lives hung delicately between life and death!
