Poor puppy could only collapse helplessly in front of passersby and beg for help

The helpless puppy collapsed on the street begging for help. He was run over by a car, they walked away and left the dog behind. The dog was in so much pain that he could only collapse and lie on the road. When the rescue team arrived, he tried to get up to ask for help.
