Porter Airlines in Toronto, a small airline that flies out of the downtown core of Toronto has now stated that they will be changing their hiring practices to no longer hire White pilots. Every single company that virtue signals like this loses money and now Airlines are joining into the woke category which is going to make flying less safe. I don't know circumstances am I going to fly an airline who hires based on the color of your skin and not based on merit.
