RRSPs are known as registered retirement savings plans and they are a complete scam. The government told us that we could put money into them tax-free and earn high interest. The interest is not very high that you earn and when it comes to cash them out you get taxed very heavily for that year's earnings. It's almost a pointless Endeavor to even bother trying to save anything up except for hiding cash in your mattress.

There are select tax programs that we have that can eliminate the vast majority of the taxes that you have to pay when you cash in your GICs or your RRSPs. Keep your money in your pocket where it belongs. Get a hold of me right away if you want to get started on saving your money.
