The city of Los Angeles is starting a mansion tax for Home sales above $5 million, escalating above the price of 10 million. They are sending all of their productive people away, while allowing an eviction moratorium which was a Communist rug pull allowing thieves to NOT pay rent for 3 years.There is absolutely no reason to live in a blue city.
