• ¼ soy sauce
• 3 Tablespoon sugar
• 2 Tablespoon honey
• 4 Tablespoon pear juice
• 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
• 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 8 ounces of sirloin strip or ribeye steak

Yield -2 servings
