One simple question. WHAT DOES A PERSON WHO USED TO BE HIGH FUNCTIONING AND INTELLIGENT ACT LIKE WHEN THEYRE NO LONGER INTELLIGENT LIFE?

Not sure what else to say. There was a hard hit to the IQ. Done and done. My guess it's pulses interrupting brain signal coming from towers they've been building with zero explaination. My guess is certain waves bring everyone down temporarily or permanently and possibly that's why people in cities are so ... Ummm ... Not sure what to call it, I'll let you call that one.
