What a boost! A huge crowd of many thousands congregated at Supreme Court Gardens for speeches, and then we marched to Government House for a vigil, before returning to the Gardens for more speeches and entertainment. The electricity in the gathering was something to behold, and the speakers were on fire. More posters mentioning our children’s rights and need for protection were on display in this rally than any before. I was ill last night, and had all but decided not to attend. After a few natural treatments, I perked up enough this morning to make ready and go. I am so grateful that I did. We reinforced each other’s morale. It is now one second to midnight. Australian governments need to have a clean broom swept through them post haste.
