November 19, 2020: Chris Cowie is Chair of the Waterloo Regional Crime Prevention Council. He is a past President of the Ontario Association of Community Correctional Residences. He has worked with young offenders and has collaborated with the Community Justice Initiatives organization. He spoke with Rod Taylor and Peter Vogel on the topic of Restorative Justice.
