Putin: “We will finish them off.”

In a blunt statement, Putin declared that Russia’s armed forces are gaining momentum and operating with increasing effectiveness.

He added that the only thing left is for the Ukrainian people themselves to realize what’s actually happening—because, he says, the outcome is now inevitable.
