Ugly and blind, the poor dog was abandoned by its owner on the side of the road. What the dog gets is a little food and water!. The dog wanders around the place where she was abandoned every day and doesn't know where to go. No shelter, no love and no one to care for me. How could the owner or anyone else treat a poor dog like that?
