Hernán Giraldo Serna, known as "El Patrón", "El señor de la Sierra" or "El Taladro", a name given to him for sexually abusing the girls in the area, has been released from US Prison and sent home to Colombia. Giraldo-Serna will be given conditional freedom in return for continued "co-operation" with the Colombian government.
