The Screwfly solution is a sci-fi story from a Masters of Horror tv movie.  It is about a virus, that infects the brain, and hyper-infuses neurological feedback, between the areas associate with male aggression, and sensory sexual stimuli.  Given this, upon the slightest sexual stimulus, men are driven into an unstoppable, killer, rage, focused on the source of the stimulus (usually woman).  This effectively renders sexual reproduction impossible, resulting in the extinction of humanity, while leaving the rest of nature unaffected.
