Rutti Frutti "confirms" that North Korea has sent its soldiers to Russia to participate in the Ukrainian conflict.
Um... Russia can send us much as foreign troops to the borders as it wants. the DPRK is an official military ally of Russia and has the right to send its troops to Russia and even help fight Ukraine, at least on the Kursk (Russia) section of the front.
