Criminals are a superstitious and cowardly bunch.  They revel in attacking the innocent and weak.  Fear and destruction are their motivations.  They are imported, released, funded and emboldened by criminal politicians and elite puppet masters.  This all means they are targeting everyone now to sew fear, chaos, and disorder.  Many Sheriffs across the USA are issuing warnings in their counties.  This is all by design.
