#ElonMusk has held up the deal to acquire Twitter based on fraudulent bot expectations versus what the company has claimed. This combined with recent exposes by #ProjectVeritas where Twitter high-level ups claim that Twitter doesn't believe in Free Speech, and that they are run like a Communist organization with workers putting in 4 hour work weeks, is laying waste to the company's share price, and deservedly so.
