Is Xi worried that a US/Russia alliance would leave them out in the cold? Maybe he's vying for a place at the table. More likely he's putting a Plan B in place should Trump supplant the NWOs global civilization plans. Could be a double cross or just a long game play.
We'll find out eventually.
