It takes precious time to make fresh juice, however, especially after her debilitating hospital experience in the past week, JK needs good nutrition. The hospital food, at Royal Perth Hospital, however, all the public hospitals fall way short on healing nutrition, was low calibre on several fronts: presentation, flavour, nutrition, toxin-load and sugar-load, and so on. One interesting observation is that I began giving JK a cup of homemade vegetable juice, mainly celery juice, for over a week before her hospitalisation, and her blood pressure, usually dangerously high, was far more acceptable, with the nurses commentating at how good it was. Might it have been helped by the celery juice?
