Gina Ruffa was facing her worst fear. Her firstborn child, Anthony, was diagnosed at 2 years old with stage 3 Rhabdomyosarcoma. After countless chemotherapy sessions, watching her son's hair fall out in chunks over the years, she had enough. She was going to exhaust every living possible option to help her son if it was the last thing she would do. So, she dove deep into integrative medicine and alternative therapies.

She began juicing for him and had all 3 of her children (including Anthony) have raw fruit and vegetable juice before and after school. Gina even had them eat a big raw salad before playtime or extracurriculars to keep them always fueled by wholesome nutrition.
