1 month old puppy was covered in hundreds flies, becoming a breeding ground for fly eggs

Poor puppy was attacked by flies when he was just 1 week old! Passersby discovered the dog and captured this pitiful moment! Hundreds of flies surround the little dog! There is no sign of the mother dog coming back! And no one knows where this dog came from!
