Catholic League president Bill Donohue wrote Monday to House Ethics Committee chairman Rep. Ted Deutch (D-Fla.), urging the committee to reprimand Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) for retweeting a Twitter post which said, in part, “F**k a National day of prayer.”
